Today we learned:
(Notes 7A) adding and subtracting decimals.
The rules are:
Adding: line up the places
Subtracting: 1) line up the places 2) fill in zeros 3) borrow if you need to.
We practiced adding and subtracting with positive and negative decimals.
Homework is Hidden Message. Period 1 does 1-5, Periods 2 and 3 do the whole thing, and Periods 5 and 6 do 1-6.

I appreciate you taking the time to do this. As a parent it helps to know what is going on in the class, as compared to the usual "nothing" that is offered in response to inquiries.
